Pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) is a global health/quality of life problem affecting millions worldwide and comprises a broad range of problems such as urinary incontinence, painful sex, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder and chronic prostatitis for men.
As a urologist and after using Restoria for several months, I believe this equipment is a game changer for improving the quality of life for millions of people with pelvic floor dysfunction (prevalence increases with age).
Engaging pelvic floor muscles with Restoria can also serve as a prevention to the aging pelvic floor, therefore preventing dysfunction or incontinence (like Botox preventing wrinkles).
I have designed a small study to verify what I believe is a game changer for stress urinary incontinence (which likely affects 50% of women). In addition to stress incontinence, the downstream benefits will improve all aspects of pelvic floor dysfunction.
